on arriving at our apartment we found it was not as was shown in the picture, we specifically booked this place for the balconies and tall windows, our apartment didn't have them. when I challenged them they said we had booked an apartment without balconies, ( this option was not in the booking so that was impossible) it took nearly 3 hours for them to change our apartment, when I asked for a later checkout the following day to compensate they said it was not possible. a minor problem but there was no corkscrew, when I asked if there should be one the reply was ' it should be in the drawer, if there isn't one it is because we don't provide one'. I was also sent an email at 9.30 am asking if we had left already and another at 10.30 reminding us that checkout is at 11. all in all I felt the service was very impersonal, almost erring on the rude.

Lovely space, in excellent location - very close to bus links, bars and restaurants. No air conditioning so may get a bit too warm in the summer - they do have window shutters to block the sun out though. We booked for 2 people and had 2 single beds pushed together which was uncomfortable and the beds kept moving. Otherwise happy and would stay again (with a double bed!) Easy online check in.
