This basement apartment has private keyless entry, 2 bedrooms, living room with a pull out couch that can be used for sleeping, kitchen, and lots of amenities to make your stay feel like home. Getting around town is simple with quick access to the highway, bus routes, shopping, Université de Moncton, hospitals, and a 5 minute drive to downtown.(20 minutes on foot) When entering the hub you are welcomed by the front entry and living room with the comfiest couch and lots of fun things to do. We have lots of video / board games / blue rays / dvds for your enjoyment, as well as some books and art supplies to help you pass the time. There is even some home gym accessories! The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. The pantry has lots of goodies you are welcome to use. And please feel free to leave anything behind that you don’t want to take with you and you think someone else would enjoy. There are helpful signs through the house to help you find your way around!
