It was my first time staying in Yerevan. Accommodation was located in an important location where infrastructure such as surrounding squares and operas could be easily accessed. I got a key from the security office, so I could easily check in, and the host and staff were all friendly. We had a great time at the accommodation there so that we wanted to stay two more nights with an extension contract. The accommodation was divided into two single-bed and one double-bed, and the floors were mostly marble. There were necessary cooking utensils in the accommodation, and you can cook delicious food using the oven. On the last day, there was a power outage, but I was able to stay comfortable without a dark situation by operating the spare power in the apartment. This accommodation is recommended for all tourists who come to Yerevan.

Good value for money, a little bit worn forn furniture but location and communication is perfect.

amazing responsive host... smoothest check-in and check-out. just pick the keys from the reception at checkin and leave the keys with the reception when you leave... the accomodation is big and fully equipped. amazing location. City tour not needed... everything is at walkable distance. restaurants (including halal restaurants), musicians, 24/7 supermarket, 24/7 money exchange, pharmacy etc. just get down and enjoy the best place in city like street plays, musicians, republic square, cascade complex, opera house, parks. no words to describe! host is amazing with responses. will definitely recommend it to all family and friends. my street team is amazing!
