The villa was great itself — very clean and as described! The owner was very responsive and helpful to resolve our requests. Also, the check-in and check-out were very flexible, which helped us a lot. Overall, we really recommend this place!

Pauls Place Is Beautiful..! From the Architecture..! To the Location..! you could not ask for a nicer place to spend your time in thailand..! This Unusual Boutique Villa Has It All..! The location and setting, pool and garden..! are just, Wow..!! It creates such a Beautiful Ambience, that you just dont want to leave..! We had an Unforgettable Time..! and would highly recommend.! Absolutely stunning villa it was perfect accommodation in perfect location. My family including 6 adults and 1 infant had a relaxed and comfortable that we barely went out and if we did went out we had everything around us within 5 mins walk. Paul is a true superhost and Im so grateful he bought a travel cot and feeding chair for my 8 month old. It made our life so much easier and comfortable. Sommay is so great. He picked us up and took us back to the airport. Very intensive and always ask us if we were happy. Keeping property clean and tidy. I highly recommend to anybody this villa. What a start of the year with unforgettable memories thank you Paul and Sommay.

De villa is prachtig zoals weergegeven op de website met alles wat je maar kan nodig hebben voor je verblijf, gemakkelijke verbinding naar alle bezienswaardigheden en centrum van Pattaya, zeer vriendelijke en snelle respons van de host en co-host. Zeker 5 sterren waard.

Loved the place, thanks so much to Paul for having us and Sommy for taking care of us during our stay. You can walk to a lot of places or a $10 bhat van ride gets you to the main locations. Thanks again Paul!
