Magnifique propriété dans un joli parc arboré (passage de chevreuils le matin) avec piscine (clôturée) et terrain de tennis (en parfait état) dont nous avons profité pendant une semaine en famille. Natalie et Jacques sont très accueillants, nous nous sommes sentis chez nous. La maison est charmante, bien agencée et équipée (ventilateurs dans les chambres - qui peuvent être vraiment chaudes si canicule - TV / wi-fi, parasol, chaises longues, etc) : le cadre idéal pour un séjour nature au calme.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Yvrac. La propriété et la maison sont magnifiques, et en pleine campagne, alors que nous ne sommes qu’à quelques kilomètres de l’agglomération de Bordeaux. Véritable havre de paix, nous avons pu profiter de la fraîcheur du jardin, de la piscine et du tennis. La maison est très agréable et bien aménagée pour 7 personnes. Pour les amateurs, Saint Emilion n’est qu’à 30 minutes et les gorges de la Dordogne 1h30. Des guides sont à disposition pour préparer les visites. Merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil et leurs délicates attentions.

We were welcomed warmly by Natalie and Jacques who gave us plenty of helpful advice about where to eat etc and also some much appreciated wine tips. The pool and tennis court were superb and the house is charming and has beautiful views across rolling vineyards. Highly recommend.

The gardens are really fabulous and there are trees and seating areas everywhere so you can get shade in a heatwave. There are loads of fruit trees. The swimming pool is lovely - large and has salt water so not so heavy on chlorine. They left pool towels. Inside, the house is cool and dark, which was needed in the heatwave we had. No AC but fans. Three of the bedrooms are upstairs under the ceiling (attic?) and they got very hot. We had to move our children downstairs into the one very large downstairs room with us so they would get some sleep. They kindly left a bottle of unusual wine for us from their vineyard in New Zealand. The kitchen is fine, we were mostly outside. Bedding all very clean. You are very close to Bordeaux, 40 min to beautiful St Emilion, and maybe 1.3 hrs to Cap Ferret. We did day trips to all these places. Maybe 30-45mins to the airport depending on traffic. BUT you do not get to stay in the large house in the picture. The large house is between your area, which is a wing to the right of the picture and their area, which is to the left (there's no crossover, just a locked door). To get to the swimming pool/tennis court we had to cross their outside seating area. I think this may be explained in the french but I was relying on the bit in the ad that said you have the 'whole house' so I was disappointed not to be in the large house. However, they weren't there at all except the husband came back in the evenings (we didn't see him) so it was fine and we did feel like we could go anywhere in the garden but if they were there it would be problematic. Overall a lovely place with a spectacular garden, helpful hosts and the pool is perfect for the heat.

Notre séjour dans le domaine de Natalie et Jacques a été des plus agréables. Le parc autour de la maison est grandiose, la piscine est grande et super bien protégée, on peut lézarder au soleil ou aller faire un tennis ou un baby foot! la maison est grande, fraîche, joliment décorée et très bien équipée. Le top pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Merci à Natalie et Jacques qui sont des hôtes très sympatiques, réactifs et de bon conseil.
