Bali had been a dream of mine for years! Max's place was beautiful! The pictures don'tdo it justice! The staff was responsive and Amazing! My friends and I LIVEDDDDD for those massages by the pool side! We had one practically every day! The Host and staff were very responsive and even went out of their way to get us some Antibiotics when two of us got 'Bali Belly'. The MAIN MAN tho and the most honorable mention goes to the Driver/Concierge Putu! He was amazing, great driver, had all the spots for us for dinner & more, set up a cool Jeep ride up a volcano, took us everywhere, & got up any time for us! He was honestly the best! By the end of the trip we were all vibing and singing Bob Marley and Balinese music together! The private chef was awesome as well! We would definitely come back! Thank you to the whole crew for making it such a smooth vacation honestly! & Give PUTU A RAISEEEE!!!!!!!

Beautiful place, secluded and peaceful. Dewa the villa manager and his staff were attentive and responsive with any queries - the services offered from breakfast to private cooking lessons, massages to laundry were a real boon on the days we weren’t out exploring (although there is plenty of that to do too!) A little way out of Ubud central, so to be prepared to get a cab (easily ordered via rideshare app about 20mins and $3) into the town centre of Ubud, but make the most of being out of the hustle and bustle and enjoy being in paradise. Rooms were spacious and well appointed, bathrooms were great, and beds big and comfy.

The place is beautiful, but the pool was not cleaned. It was dirty . we had asked the attender not to clean the bedrooms, but he did'teven clean the kitchen and dining place for the 2nd day.
