Great views, nice home layout, and the kitchen was very functional. You can see the ocean from the balcony but there is one building in front of you. We had a great stay.
Very nice unit and looked like the pictures. The only thing was it did not mention that it was an upstairs unit. Not good for elderly people to climb the stairs.
Great rental. I was not sure my family of 5 would fit comfortably but it was perfect. The rental was clean and nicely decorated. Close to everything. We had a great time.
Our family of four had a wonderful two night mini vacation at Laura’s place. The ocean view from upstairs living area and balcony was marvelous! We enjoyed watching sunset over ocean on the balcony. The two bedrooms downstairs are spacious and comfortable. The condo looks newly renovated everywhere, from appliances to flooring. Highly recommend to anybody visiting the area.
This was our first time in Cayucos and first time using an AIRBNB. Great experience, super location: ocean view, shops, restaurants. Would highly recommend Laura’s place and would stay there again if we get back to the area. Gina from Nebraska ❤️

This condo is located in the heart of Cayucos and walkable to everything. Great restaurants, quaint coffee shops, cute boutique's and gift shops, plus the Cayucos Pier are just a few footsteps away.
This condo has a dedicated parking space so it's easy to come and go by car without worry about parking. There is also a lot within a short walking distance.
