Welcome to your cozy North Hills Getaway! This private “efficiency” unit offers a well-designed space with your own kitchenette, bathroom, and bedroom. Enjoy a comfortable bed, smart TV, super fast wifi, and in-unit laundry! Ideal Location: Nestled in the heart of the San Fernando Valley, just minutes from CSUN, with easy access to the I-405 Freeway. The perfect home-base for whatever brings you to LA! Note: The shower door is very narrow. This unit shares walls with the main house. Please keep quiet hours from 11 P.M. to 7 A.M. The main house will also have these quiet hours. The little kitchenette comes complete with a two-burner stove, a microwave, and a full fridge - perfect for storing your leftovers and warming up quick bites. The bedroom comes equipped with a personal air conditioner, so you can set the temperature to your liking.

Immaculate space with a great location. Quiet neighborhood close to CSUN, coffee and restaurants. Super comfortable bedding. Check in is a breeze and easy communication with Lisa. Would definitely choose to stay here again when in the area.
We absolutely loved Lisa's place. The space was amazingly-utilized, beautiful, modern & clean. You have everything you need in that kitchen. There is even a portable stove. And the washer/dryer unit!! You can't ask for anything more than what this listing offers. I highly recommend Lisa's place for whoever finds themselves in the valley.
