We loved that this was close enough to the good spots in Newtown but with distance from the hustle and bustle so that it felt peaceful when we wanted to get to sleep. The place was very cosy with everything we needed. I was very impressed with the comprehensive house manual that detailed everything we could want or need to know. I also liked that the hosts were very quick to respond if I had any questions.

This is a wonderful place to stay which is quiet and secluded despite being in the heart of Newtown. This means you can have your choice of either a relaxing, peaceful stay or, if you feel like heading out and about, there are many restaurant, cafe, bar, and shopping options! The house is beautiful and well stocked with everything you could need, and I hugely appreciated that it was dog-friendly so I could bring my pup along on my staycation. The AC works well both in the living room and bedroom and I particularly enjoyed the inclusion of a record player. Vanessa is very responsive and understanding which I find to be extremely important in a host. Overall, I would happily stay here again and would easily recommend it to others.

A beautiful place to vacation. Great location near the main street and public transportation. The private courtyard and kitchen were major highlights of my stay.

We had a lovely stay here! The place is absolutely adorable and the location is amazing - so much vibrancy in the neighborhood and tons of great food/coffee/boutiques/shopping/etc right around the corner... the host was wonderfully responsive and flexible with check-in/out (it was SO helpful to be able to get in early after a long overnight flight) We would 1000% stay here again, and you should too!

Great location and cool space. Pretty cosy for more than one person but makes up for it with the price. Bonus is a cute neighbourhood kitty
