Even though I was there for only one night, it was completely enjoyable, quiet private, and convenient to the work I had to do in the area. Kathy reached out when there was an issue with the Internet before I checked in, but it was all resolved. I appreciate that she was proactive.

I can't say enough good things about Kathy's place. I loved the historic garden district where the house is located. Accessible to everything. The cottage had all of the amenities to make me feel right at home-blender, cutting board for salads, full kitchen, wifi access, smart TV, parking, etc. Not only that, Kathy was a blessing & I became an honorary family member & co-host;) lol. Can't beat that. Highly recommend for an extended stay or if you're just passing thru Waycross. Don't hesitate to book!!
