Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Classic Californian bungalow recently renovated to a modern high standard inner city home. Quiet, private and relaxing, with native trees, extensive birdlife and 180 harbour views. Yet a short walk from Parnell high street cafes, restaurants and shops. Westfield mall in Newmarket close by. A 30 min walk or quick uber ride into the city.

绝对是一处出色的房子，各种设施全备，非常适合家庭度假。如果只是商务出差我不建议选这里，因为这里实在是太过于舒服，哈哈。家人对厨房、洗衣间和按摩浴池赞不绝口。在这里喝着啤酒看着夕阳和海景，是我对奥克兰的美好回忆之一。交通很方便，开车去周边景点、超市等都很近。步行到博物馆也只要15分钟。有个小小建议，房东可以给入住的客人注明，房子位于lee st的尽头处下坡30米。我是夜晚开车抵达的，导航的指示有一点点模糊。总体上无可挑剔👍 对了，还有房东，很好沟通，我临时请求改变租期为4天，因为需要在怀托摩多呆一晚，他没有任何迟疑。这对我安排和享受旅程真的很重要。

Anthony’s home is a gorgeous gem. The location and view cannot be beat, and the house itself had beautiful finishes and every amenity one could want. Anthony was a wonderful host and very responsive to our questions throughout. The view of Rangitoto was absolutely stunning at all times of day, and there was even a massage chair to enjoy at the end of a long adventure. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at Anthony’s place. Here’s hoping we can return to NZ and stay again soon!

Parnell is very central to the city and newmarket shopping/ dining precincts and has a lovely historic high street wit many cafes and eateries an easy walk away.

one off-street parking space is available down the shared driveway. parking bay by the house on the right. 2 hour parking on road always available ( 8-6pm Mon to Fri )
bus on Brighton rd goes to the city
