Magnifique expérience au milieu de la jungle, la nature est partout on peut y voir des toucans, des grenouilles multicolores et les singes… Marleen est très accueillante et prends plaisir à rencontrer les gens.
Marleen was an incredible host. Her place was absolutely gorgeous. I was able to see monkeys, toucans, hummingbirds, A multitude of butterflies, tree frogs, heard howler monkeys. and of course her lovely dogs cats and chickens. Had wonderful meals with Marleen, she is so generous! Met great people and had great conversation. I traveled here for sabbatical hoping to accomplish some reading, thinking, reflection, and meditation. I was able to accomplish that and also enjoyed the local Playa Cocles as well as a trip to Puerto Viejo which was very close. I also have a new found love for hammocks!
Our stay at Marleen’s was peaceful and beautiful. There is no electricity, running water, or wifi so be prepared for that. The only negative thing we have to say is that we were not staying in the suite that was advertised- it was a completely different suite, less space. Still very beautiful and tranquil. Would stay again :)
Wer lust auf pure Natur, Detox von Elektrosmog nötig hat und kein Problem mit frischem Regenwasser zu duschen, von den Brülläffchen und den Vögeln geweckt werden möchte, dem Rythmus der Natur folgen mag, ist hier genau richtig. Eine der einzigartigsten Unterkünfte in denen wir jemals hausen durften. Mit einer liebevollen Gastgeberin, Hunden, die immer ein offenes Ohr haben 😬 und einem Dschungelhuhn. Ich denke das ist einmalig und die Strände vor Ort sind unglaublich schön. Hier tickt die Uhr noch etwas anders.
