Nice, quiet location. Even within the house, no loud noises or interruptions from other rooms. Spacious bedrooms and the game room was as described. Nice and clean and all the amenities were there as described. Nice fenced in backyard, made it easier to relax outside. Also, plenty of seating outside as well. If we had questions, the Host was on top of answering, anytime of day. Would stay here again, no question.

Boyd was a great host - super responsive and friendly and we didn’t need anything during our stay that we didn’t get assistance with. The house was great and very comfortable for our business trip! Very close to Hyde Park, great restaurants, great grocery stores, international plaza, and less than 10 minutes to the airport. We had zero complaints!
