Rejuvenate in this stylish, newly-renovated and fully-furnished home located in the historic Woodbridge Neighborhood, just a minutes walk away from Midtown and Downtown areas. Spacious with 5 bedrooms, fully Remodeled bathrooms. This home carries the charm of old Detroit while providing all the comforts of contemporary living. Guests will enjoy Convenient electric fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen with all your coffee, condiments, and cooking needs, access to washer/ dryer, and street parking. Everything you might need is provided for! We ensure cleanliness and a sanitary space. Most of the house is original to the building, including the floors, windows, and other details, which we touched up and preserved as best as possible, with the addition of contemporary appliances and furniture that do not interfere with the charming character of the space

Hana's place was just perfect for what we needed. We had a work retreat and it gave us enough room for everyone to be comfortable and was close to good restaurants and downtown. Hana was also extremely responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this place for others.

It was a beautiful, well appointed, very clean, historic home in a beautiful neighborhood. The house is close to downtown Detroit and Wayne State and all the fun those places have to offer. We had a wonderful time and it is a bonus to be able to bring our furry friends! Jennie from Kalamazoo!

Woodbridge is a historic neighborhood in Detroit and the neighborhood itself is rich with old-time city charm. It is walking-distance from Midtown and a few minutes drive from downtown— ideal, since it gives quiet and calm for work or rest, while being just in reach of the bustle of midtown and downtown.
Down the block, guests can enjoy Roost Coffee and Pie Sci Pizza is also in walking distance, among many other restaurants and coffee shops.
