We are proud to present this quaint and cozy 2 bedroom apartment with a Sofa bed. Located in Los Balcones, Torrevieja this property is in an ideal location with bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. From the pool area, you have views out to the salt lakes perfect for relaxing in the evening as the sun goes down. You enter the property into the open plan Living room/Kitchen area. Within here you have a double sofa bed, Smart tv and breakfast bar with 2 stools. The kitchen has a 2 hob electric stove, Kettle, Toaster and Combi Microwave. Beside the kitchen you have the large bathroom equipped with shower, large vanity sink, Toilet and washing machine. Down the hallway to the left you have the 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with an air-conditioning unit, double bed and Wardrobe. The second bedroom has a single bed, Chest of draws and wardrobe. Outside the apartment you have a lovely garden with a seating and a BBQ area with lovely grass surroundings. The Pool and garden area is shared between you and the property above you, who rarely use the facilities giving you the feel of a private pool.

eu amei tudo! eu fiquei um mês e me senti como em casa! a casa é extremamente linda, eu amei a flores, a piscina, tudo muito lindo e muito bem cuidado! é muito limpo também, impecável, a casa é bem completa, tem tudo o que precisa para uma boa estadia. Iwona e Paul foram incríveis, sempre dispostos a ajudar com tudo, muito simpáticos e muito legais, eu amei os dois também! foi uma experiência incrível, eu me diverti bastante e também relaxei bastante. resumindo, a casa é maravilhosa, Paul e Iwona são maravilhosos, tudo foi maravilhoso! só tenho a agradecer aos dois pelas ajudas e pelo tempo divertido que passamos juntos, eu com certeza quero voltar ❤️

Torrevieja is just a 10 minute drive, with a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops. The promenade comes to life at night with a market selling various items, including leather goods and clothing. Just behind the market is the nightly fun fair which is open during the summer months.
Beaches
The nearest beachs are within a 5 minute drive; they are pleasant sandy beachs with beach bars during the summer months. The property is ideally located to reach several other beaches La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras, slightly further afield is the famous La Manga strip.
Days Out
Go-Carting along the N332 is a 5 minute drive, with karts for juniors, adults and Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.
From Torrevieja harbor you can take a boat trip or day out.
Thereis a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis) which opens June till September, there is also a smaller water park located approx 20 minutes away in Cuidad Quesada.
Golf
Within a short drive from the property you have 4 Golf courses: La Finca at Algorfa, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Rambles, all approx 10-15 minutes drive.
Shopping
Zenia Boulevard shopping centre is located 5 minutes drive away fro La Cinuelica. It is one of Europes largest shopping malls with 100’s of shops, restaurants, bars and bowling alley.
Las Habaneras shopping centre located in Torrevieja just a 10 minute drive away, it’s a 3 story open air shopping centre and is home to clothing / sport shops (Inc Zara & H&M), perfumeries, Game, hardware shops and many more. Ample parking is provided. The Ozone entertain complex is just across the road, with a casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants.
Markets
There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. The 2 more local ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday and is a 5 minute drive, and Torrevieja market which is held on a Friday and is probably the largest market in the area.
