Nice loft with a great kitchen. The location is a bit out of the center, in a quiet neighborhood. It is quite a walk (lots of hills!) to get into the center, but there are buses from a stop about 5 minutes walk away that run every 20 minutes or so. Overall a good stay.

Honestly, this was by far the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. The loft itself was just so well thought out. Every little detail was perfect. The amenities were far superior to any other Airbnb’s I stayed at. A lot of thought went into the design & function of the space. I absolutely loved the record player & all the old albums. I had to actually work while I was there and I loved the separate office spaces available. I was able to work more efficiently while listening to the records. I would just like to mention that it is located outside of Old Town Perugia. However it’s only a 20-30 min walk (sometimes uphill) to get to the centre of old town for sightseeing, shopping and eating. To me this still isn’t a negative bec I personally love a good walk after having a plate of pasta & a glass of wine. I would absolutely come back to the cozy loft if ever in Perugia again & would definitely recommend it to others looking for a cool place (with an attentive host) to stay.

il loft è davvero cool, arredato con gusto, intimo e carino, ha tutto il necessario e Jacopo è un oste fantastico, attento reattivo e sempre disponibile, unica piccola nota è sulla posizione, non vicinissimo al centro di Perugia, ma questo era chiaro dalla descrizione, diciamo che arrivare in centro a piedi non è tanto una passeggiata ma fattibile per il resto tutto perfetto e lo consiglio vivamente
