Aitana was a great host and incredibly responsive / helpful throughout. The place is as seen in the photos with modern accommodation / items as well as being very clean. Would recommend.

Great villa in a fabulous location with easy access to an incredible beach and restaurants. Would recommend Club Menorca for a special night out and Monkey Kayak for adventures.

Aitana est une hote super réactive, sympathique et bienveillante. Nous avons pu rentrer dans l’appartement plutôt grâce à elle. La villa est encore plus belle en vrai que sur les photos. Il y avait tout à disposition, même un parasol pour la plage. Il y a tout à proximité, plage, bars, magasins, restaurants, … Nous avons passée un super séjour dans la villa d’Aitana! Je recommande à 100% !

The villa is in a perfect location near town while remaining private and quiet. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped for self catering. The pool was a great size and the shaded terrace area much appreciated on a hot day. There was plenty of space for our family of four and we loved the pool and ping pong table in the back garden. Everything was walkable from the villa and the beach is fantastic with good water sports. Aitana was helpful and responsive and it was nice to meet her on arrival.

This villa was as described and clean. The position was excellent and the host very responsive. You can walk easily to a choice of restaurants, and the local supermarkets are easily reached - they do a delivery service, so you can stock up and just ask when you are paying - they will deliver within an hour and free of charge. It would have been really useful to have some local information in the villa - there are steps to the beach which would save a much longer walk, we needed a medical centre while we were there, and the local taxi numbers/shuttle times for the beach shuttle would have been useful, and we found out about a beautiful and very local walk to go to a neighbouring cove. Also the beach towels shown on the images are not part of the villa. I think for the price they could have been included, we had to purchase towels on our first day. The villa is very spacious and although there were four of us, the space and chairs etc would suit up to 6 perfectly.
