Goditi una romantica vacanza a due passi dal mare. La casa è situata sul lungomare di S. Maria al Bagno e, soltanto attraversando la strada, si può raggiungere la spiaggia attrezzata o la bellissima scogliera. Il balcone panoramico affacciato sul mare permette di ammirare gli incantevoli tramonti salentini. La casa è stata appena ristrutturata ed è dotata di frigo, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno, TV e climatizzatore. Bar, ristoranti, supermercati sono solo a pochi passi di distanza. L'abitazione si trova al primo piano, pertanto è necessario salire una rampa di scale per raggiungere l'ingresso. La casa è dotata di un'ampia stanza d'ingresso dove ci sono due letti singoli (si prega di notare che non vi è una porta di divisione tra ingresso e cucina). Essa è seguita dalla sala da pranzo con cucina, da cui si accede ad un bellissimo balcone affacciato sul mare. C'è poi una stanza da letto con letto matrimoniale, comodini e cassettiera, dotata di una finestra vista mare. La casa dispone di due bagni con doccia.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Het appartement was brandschoon en het ontbrak er aan niets. Wij hadden de wens echte Italiaanse Lasagne te eten en op tip van Francesca, zijn we bij een fantastisch restaurant (Giardini Raimondi) terecht gekomen die dit speciaal voor ons heeft bereid. Een dikke aanrader om hier naar toe te gaan. Bedankt voor de gastvrijheid Francesca!

El alojamiento es un 10! Amplio, limpio, lindo, graaan ubicacion. Parecia nuevo. De los mejores lugares donde me he alojado. La mama de francesca muy simpatica!

We loved our stay here, the position over the beautiful bay was awesome, We just loved watching the world go by.. the Italian way. Swam every morning and night with the locals, quite a fascinating experience! Be prepared for constant noise.. it is busy busy all hours ,take earplugs if that affects you. Another thing to note is very small amounts of necessaties ( toilet paper, dishwasher liquid, soap etc) Francesca did supply us with more after I asked but just something to note if you are travelling abroad.

Absolutely stunning location and apartment. The house was spotless, with everything you need. The beach below the balcony was a beautiful sight. Francesca was very helpful and her lovely mother who helped us check in was just as welcoming. A great place for a beach holiday.

Francesca's place is a gem! There are numerous feature of this place to appreciate: first of all the stunning view right on Santa Maria's beach, really breathtaking. Then, more practical things like 3 A/C units, 2 bathrooms, iron/ironing board, dishwasher and washing machine that make the difference if staying for a few days like we did. Only thing that wasn't perfect is the lack of wi-fi and the fact the first room is too bright at night (it is clearly specified in the listing, but I'm sure it can be solved with a simple blackout curtain!) Furthermore, the place has recently been renovated, and that is surely a plus. Francesca and her mum were super nice and helpful, thanks again for a lovely stay!

Nella splendida località di S. Maria al Bagno è possibile spostarsi comodamente a piedi per raggiungere tutti i servizi. Vi è inoltre una pista ciclabile che consente di muoversi comodamente in bicicletta. Nei mesi estivi è possibile usufruire di varie linee di autobus che collegano la struttura con le mete turistiche più vicine (Gallipoli, Porto Cesareo, Lecce, ecc).
Per spostarsi più facilmente nei paesi limitrofi è consigliabile l'uso di un'automobile.
