Spacious clean apartment at walking distance to the train station. Lots of light and a great balcony. Comfortable beds and a view. Flat needs some TLC….fresh paint, new outdoor furniture and a washing machine with a functional dryer cycle. Also, the kitchen supplies are limited and worn. This is a good option but, take the time to compare with others. Host was slow to respond some times and seemed annoyed with our questions. Keys to the apartment were given through the cleaning lady who was helpful. Luggage drop off before check in is a plus.

Location was excellent. Otherwise we had a fairly disappointing stay, though to be fair the listing has been updated to fix the misleading content that led to our disappointment in the first place. First, the listing stated that there would be AC, which there was not. This forced us to keep all the windows open for the duration of the stay so that the temperature was cool enough to sleep. The trade-off was that we got a ton of noise from the street during the night. Second, the 3rd bed was only available for a booking for 5 (we were not told this beforehand), which was frustrating because even with our original booking for 4 we needed all three beds. It was a sofa bed in a living room with absolutely no light control so I ended up getting no more than 6 hours of sleep per night with the light and the street noise. Also just not a comfortable sofa bed. Finally, the washer/dryer did not work so we lost an afternoon that we would have gone sight-seeing to go to a laundromat instead.

Great location. Very nice view and a joy to watch the sun set over the river. Residential area which was nice. Stone throw from train and bus stop. Can get any where with these two modes of transportation. Wadsworth Town is a great place to eat and hang out after a day of site seeing. Great local pubs. On site grocery store was very nice. Apt was clean and had everything we needed. Washer was a plus so as not needing to bring a lot of clothes. All appliances worked as they should. Bed was ok. Could have used a top sheet. Only one real complaint. A/C while technically there was useless. Apt was about 10 degrees warmer than outside. This was due to the fact apt was facing the west and sun beat on it all day. First few days was fine. We didn't get in until 7-8 pm. Opened doors and windows, turned on fans and it cooled down enough by 10 to go to bed. Last two days, it was 86 and didn't cool down much. Noise from street was a lot. But, still nice place.

Superbe appartement avec une vue panoramique, proche d'une ligne de train qui vous emmène à la gare de Waterloo rapidement. Cela dit cet appartement mériterait plus d'attention car il semble se dégrader rapidement.
