This place has everything you need if your travelling solo or a couple. It's walking distance from the Greenbelt Mall with some of the good restaurants available until 10 pm. The host is very responsive too. I will come back here when I come home to the Philippines.

I have mixed impressions. The location is great next to Greenbelt 5 and you have 10 Starbucks with in 5 minute walking distance. The design of the place is nice, with ample space to hang your stuff and keep things sorted for a longer stay. The flat has mirrors and a tiled kitchen table, and unfortunately the cleaners were not able to clean it properly. The surfaces were looking oily and filthy. Also, the bathroom sink was not clean. So when I arrived, I was scared to put my stuff anywhere. Marco promised to contract new cleaners and improve the situation. Hopefully things improve, because the place is worth the price and could be a gem.
