Could be better: Downsides: 1. If listening to ambulance sirens is your white noise, go ahead and book this airbnb. 2. Sketchy location. 3. Landscaping at the property leaves a lot to be desired. 4. The trash can is located in the back alley. The door that leads to that is a poorly aligned double door of metal with rust that is difficult to close unless you keep trying it for 10-15 minutes. If you have patience for this, this is your Airbnb. Make sure your tetanus immunization is up to date before attempting to maneuver this door. 5. The lighting inside Airbnb makes it look like you’re in 1980s. 6. No garage door opener. 7. Water pipe burst? And I was without water for about 24 hours. Was not informed about the notice received to landlord about it until I made attempt to reach out. Bare minimum upside: Clean. Working fridge. Comfortable couch. Bed is okay. Not bad for a short stay if you’re in a bind but wouldn’t recommend it for longer stay like I did before I knew better.
