I can't thank Djordje enough for the wonderful stay at Kraljevica Marka 12! Djordje is an incredible host. Throughout my three months in Belgrade, his knowledge of Serbia was an invaluable resource to me. He was always available to answer my questions and assist me with making appointments. I can't express how grateful I am for all of his help, especially when I was moving into and out of the apartment! Kraljevica Marka 12 itself is excellent. It's clean, newly renovated, and extremely comfortable. The location is unbeatable: the apartment is equidistant from the town center, the waterfront, and the Belgrade Fortress. I would happily stay there long-term because no other apartment I've seen is so perfectly situated! Djordje, thank you once again so, so much for making my stay in Belgrade amazing! I highly recommend staying at Kraljevica Marka 12.

The place was clean and well set up. There were extra touches to it by having tablecloths on the dining and coffee table. There is a nearby fresh fruit and vegetable market and many food outlets for diverse food. All amenities worked well. It was a scorching day. We were very grateful for the air conditioning. The smart TV with Utube provided good information on Belgrade attractions. The host Djordje was very helpful all the way. He responded to our several questions promptly. He was very clear in his instructions and patient with us. We were very pleased with the apartment and enjoyed being there. It was very homely. The outside environment (nothing to do with the host or the flat); the nearby bus station was crowded and dirty with homeless people sleeping on the pavement did not look inviting, but the apartment itself was a refuge to retreat to on a very hot day. Wonderful stay! This Airbnb was a fantastic find and truly a great value for money. The location couldn't have been better – right in the heart of Belgrade, with numerous attractions just a short walk away. The apartment itself was a gem. It was excellently equipped with everything we needed and more. The attention to detail in the amenities provided was impressive. We appreciated the thoughtfulness of the host in making sure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
