Richie is a very responsive host. I had some questions prior to our arrival; Richie was quick to get back to me. Once we arrived, we had a couple minor issues that Richie immediately worked to resolve and offer solutions for. Something to note - the location of this Airbnb is incredible. It’s near anything/everything one would want to do in San Antonio. The deck is great for listening to the music from the VFW (and other nearby venues) and watching everything light up at night. However, if you’re a light sleeper, go to bed early, or are sensitive to loud noises, this Airbnb is near a lot of live music venues/nightlife. The sound machines definitely helped, but just something to be aware of. The Latch system is convenient, the parking passes are great, and the emails Richie sends about checking in and checking out are very thorough and detailed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

If there are copies of the RIO magazine (local chamber travel magazine) use it — contains the best map and information!

Great place. Easy accessibility to the Riverwalk. Clean, roomy and safe place to stay. Host was very responsive and inside guide services were extremely helpful.

Great time with family. Plenty to do in the area. Great eating nearby and great drinks. Overall great experience.

What a great location right on the scenic River Walk and directly across the street from the San Antonio Art Museum! Apartment is comfortable (even bottled water in the fridge) and pool is lovely. Richie is responsive and helpful. The only drawback was loud music from the VFW post across the river one night. This may have been just a fluke.
