Although property is decent, it needs maintenance. Furniture is outdated. Sofa needs to be replaced. Restrooms are dirty and have a strong sewage smell. The owners need to be hands-on and visit the property to actually see what's needed to be improved and not rely on the building staff.

The place was really close to the mall. Huge space & the bed was really comfortable. Nice place . Thank u for everything.

Big master bedroom, which means it has it's own bathroom. There are 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and 2 silent airconditions! Very good water in the shower also. If the internet were faster and more stable, I would have extended. I need a better wifi for online real time trading. The vent in the bathroom didnt work well, even the fan was turning, which lead to some moisture.
