Upon arrival everything was fine. However it was not known that it was a duplex, which would have been fine however you can hear every single word in conversations if you have someone in the suite next to you. The experience I had was terrible, but what was worse was the way the hosts chose to handle it. The guests staying next to us both nights banged on our doors,windows, trash cans, screamed at us from the outside, etc from 1-6am. Both mornings we had people bang on our door, simply because they had thought we had blocked them in. When I had told the hosts about this, the hosts had said they wouldn’t be able to do anything about it since I didn’t tell them that during our stay. I informed them an hour after checkout, and the reason I didn’t tell them during the stay was because those guest acted that way because they thought we blocked them in, who knows how they would’ve reacted. The hosts gave a $20 refund when we paid almost $300 for this and traveled 400 miles to stay. Terrible.

Older house, very basic not a home type vibe, not one mirror except the small bathroom sink mirror, the vent in the bathroom was dismantled from the moment we arrived. It is duplex so granted, we excepted to see other people but to hear word for word their convos was just not ideal for trip. Overall not disappointed but wouldn’t book again as far as a luxury $200 night away from home

My boys and I enjoyed our stay for Springbreak. We felt right at home. Josh was quick with responding, anything I needed help with, he was right on it! We loved the home!! I will be booking again. Great job!!
