There is a spare room that could be used as an office or storage. Cozy studio with an office and landury on site. You can sit in the back yard an gaze at the stars by the fire pit. There is a garden for use in the backyard.

This was a great space for my son's summer internship in Newburgh. Private, safe and peaceful plus Jenna was a great host.
Jenna is very responsive and attentive. Anything you need, she's on it. Beautiful back yard that you can hang out and relax.
Would recommend this location to anyone staying in the area. Jenna was a great host. She was very responsive and helpful. The rental itself was clean and recently redone. It came with everything you would need for an extended stay, including a washer and dryer right on site. It has a very homey feel.
