Esther's place was a perfect spot for us to stay while we visited our son at CSU. We booked not knowing if we would be bringing our dog, but wanting to have the option to be able to. In the end, she stayed at home but it would have been a great place to have her. The house was super comfy for the 2 of us, with a separate sitting area from the bedroom and a large desk where I did some work. The kitchen was spacious and well provisioned. We could have easily used it as we do our home kitchen. We are airbnb hosts, and we are particular about where we stay. Esther's place met our high standards for comfort, cleanliness, decor and function.

John and Esther were great hosts and we highly recommend the cottage. They had everything we needed and it is in a great location to Old Town, CSU, and other FoCo staples. They had an area for our dog in the back of the cottage which was a wonderful bonus! Thank you!

My dog and I had a lovely stay! Esther was so kind and friendly, leaving us Easter treats and a note when we arrived! She and Jon are wonderful hosts they even labeled cabinets for you- preventing a search for cups or silverware! It's a nice set up, being a house behind a house and having a fenced in sand/dirt area directly behind, as well as a covered porch in front. You also have access to her beautiful yard. The neighborhood was great and there was easy access to some trails for dog walking. Not too far from CSU- a straight shot and only a 10-15 minute drive to my daughter's place. Great stay! I would choose it again.
