The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. This is a beautiful property with lots of room for the whole group to enjoy. It’s located on a half acre lot. It’s only minutes to the strip. The property is next to Chinatown with lots of incredible dining options. The backyard minutes resort living for your enjoyment. The backyard has a full outdoor barbecue area or kitchen complete with sink, Grill, burner, refrigerator. The pool is very large with a Spa. This property is set up with your comfort and entertainment in mind. The property is over 4100 ft.² and has five bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has his own bathroom. There’s 10 beds. Four kings and six queens. There’s nine televisions. A pool table, air hockey, foosball, dart bar, and poker table. There is a very large bar for entertaining. The kitchen is even equipped with two refrigerators.

The home was amazing and perfect for the group trip. Spacious with every amenity you could ask for!
This place was fabulous! The host went above expectations! There were plenty of supplies from everything you need in the bathroom including toiletries and plenty of towels (and actually plenty of bathrooms including each bedroom had it's own bathroom and there was a half bath, too) to the kitchen which was stocked with fruit and snacks, spices, cooking oil, coffee bar, various pantry items, great utinsils/pots and pans and anything really that you would need including plenty of storage containers for left overs and an amble supply of things like paper towels, trash bags, plastic and paper items. The backyard was perfect! We enjoyed alot of time out there cooking, swimming/sitting in the hottub, playing golf....beautiful! And if you didn't want to go outside, inside was a pool table, air hockey, and Foosball! Highly recommend!
Honestly Louis was amazing all around! The place was better than expected. Everyone had their own space. He even had little snacks n what not for us. Did an amazing job and an amazing host!
Recently traveled to Vegas with a large group and the home was perfect. The home was very clean and spacious. The linens and towels were fresh and smelled great. As someone else mentioned the photos do the home no justice because it is truly beautiful. The host was very responsive and accommodating. His hospitality is unmatched and he took the time to greet us at the home to answer any questions and to make sure we had all the information we needed. If ever traveling to Vegas again with a large group we would definitely stay in the home again if available.
Louis is the friendliest host EVER! Everyone enjoyed their stay, and Louis’s communication was stellar. If anyone had questions or couldn’t find something, he always had an answer for us. The location is private and quiet, and there are tons of good food places nearby. It was easy to navigate to, so getting our grocery orders was easy peasy!

The property is located on a cul-de-sac, which has only four properties on it. Is a very quiet neighborhood yet very close to Chinatown. There’s some terrific restaurants literally within walking distance.
