Roberto was a very responsive throughout our stay. The first floor apartment in the old town is beautifully restored with exposed vaulted ceilings, modern and comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen (complimentary bottle of local wine and homemade jams!) and basic amenities. The home manual gave clear instructions for appliances and restaurant and trip recommendations. We parked our car for free at the train station, only a 10 minute walk from the apartment. There were, however, two unforeseen situations that were no fault of the owner. On arrival, we were informed there would be construction noise in the building from a neighbor as well as across the street in another building. Then on the second day there was no hot water. Roberto suggested we move to another place but we preferred to stay since we loved the apartment so much! He gave us a full refund and a bottle of wine to compensate for the situations. Truly, a superhost, with utmost concern for the comfort of his guests!
