It's a time-share hotel with what you would expect. I could have passed on them trying to make their timeshare pitch. The room was fine. There are thin doors between rooms so if you get bored you can listen to the conversations of the people staying in the room next door; I could have passed on this “feature”.

The apartment is part of Wyndham Time Share and right after check-in we were sent to the information desk where they wanted to get us into a presentation for time share. That was kind of strange. The apartment was clean and had everything basic, the toiletries minimal. Just the kitchen was very nicely equipped. There was a connecting door to the next apartment. I am not fussy, if there is some music or some noise around me, but I could hear every word the next person spoke on the phone, way after midnight and at 6 o'clock in the morning and the TV on almost all night, it was even for me quite annoying and I would not come back to the same apartment.

This was my 2nd stay in the Alexandria area with David being my host. The location is very convenient to my work office space. I'm very familiar with the area. I would accept another offer if available in the future.

David’s place is in a great location. He is responsive and provides local maps and a safe place to stay. I enjoy this place so much that I am booking another stay here soon.
