Host were way more than reachable and very friendly. Their flexibility really helped our family. Great location to downtown Austin pool area. Very very nice. Parking was never an issue as they instructed location is perfect to the south Congress area. Great restaurants within minutes all the way around beds were very comfortable linens very clean only suggestion to have maybe one or two more comfortable chairs in the living room would definitely recommend.
Perfect stay for 3 friends (4th backed out last minute but would have been fine and even a 5th would have been fine just have to share a room with 5). Awesome having own bathroom and everything else was just like described. Host very responsive and easy to work with. I wish Airbnb would make it easier to find places like this with actual number of beds they say and quit counting couches and air mattress like other rentals. A little unsure on drive in but complex was safe and secure and we even used scooters to come home from downtown bars
This rental worked well for my friends and I as far as us having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is convenient to get to and from the convention center and close to an HEB. It is in apartment community with other complexes, so lots of movement on the property and surrounding areas. The building itself is a bit older, so there is a little to be desired esthetically, the pipes/toilet/drains ran slowly and the appliances/bathtub needs some updating. All in all, the unit worked for us. Thank you, Drew and team!
Stay was great and just as pictured/described
Overall the experience was good and we had a wonderful time, but the communal space was much smaller than we had anticipated for a large group of people.
