Once you are inside, you will be at peace than roaming on the outside. The entrance to your room is a garage and there is a dog barking but don't worry because it is in a cage. 😄 As expected around Manila that is one of the most Over populated city in the whole world. The surroundings outside the house is a busy and very tight street. I would rather go to war than living in this city, but with a little bit of kindness to adapt/adjust you can survive. 😆 The room is clean and new, the bed and linen are fresh so you will have a good sleep. It has aircon and ceiling fan at the same time. With plenty awful experience with accomodation in Manila, I CAN RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. The room experience is like in a condominium which is one of my choice of accommodation in Manila. I even thought it is due to the photos.

I had a pleasant experience staying at Kathleen's place and will definitely recommend. The host provided clear instructions for checkin/checkout, even allowing for an earlier checkin. The place is very accessible to public transport including local and provincial buses, jeepneys and e-trikes. The area is relatively safe even at night as most streets and alleys are well lit. The location is strategic since it is close to some of the landmarks in Manila such as Mall of Asia, Cartimar, etc. The room is clean and spacious. I only had one observation which is the faint noise coming from the inverted A/C. The host also mentioned about having house dogs, and since I am very sensitive to noise at bedtime, I initially though that would be a concern. But it was totally the opposite since I had a good sleep durin my entire stay. Lastly, the host was very attentive, making sure all my needs are attended to. Her in-laws were also helpful and hospitable.
