Stone Grey is one of the 3 apartments recently renovated at our holiday home in Senj. All units are decorated to tell a unique story of inspiration and peace you can find while overlooking the magnificent landscape of this area. Autumn, winter and early spring are perfect times of the year for a reset getaway. Senj is known for the most sunny days a year in Croatia, emblematic blue skies beneath Velebit mountain, and bura wind - ideal for hiking, excursions, gourmet routes and much more! Stone Grey Apartment is just perfect for 2 persons, either for a romantic weekend, weekly vacation, or as a longer stay for those who can combine work while traveling. The house directly overlooks the sea, it is warm and well-heated with independent temperature regulation. It was built in 2016 and has a solar water heating system and triple pane windows. A strong Wi-Fi connection is also available in the house, so this can become an ideal getaway place for those who need to bring their work with them. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, with a large private terrace facing the sea and overlooking the mountains, ideal for a chilly breakfast morning or a glass of wine in the sunset. The kitchen is fully equipped with: a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a cooker hood, and 4 electric cooktops. Besides this, basic ingredients are already in your cabinets so you can simply prepare your meals when you arrive. The double bed in the bedroom is extra comfortable, 180 cm wide. The room is equipped with a big wardrobe, a safe, and an iron with an ironing board. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and bidet. The washing machine is also in the bathroom - a great thing to know if you plan on staying longer! You can also prepare the barbecue on your terrace. The apartment's interior is non-smoking, but the ashtrays are available on the terrace. The parking is on-site and free. It is also 100% secure because we have video surveillance installed.
