The house was beautiful, clean and very spacious! They advertise 4 parking spots but actually only 2!! The owner does not give access to the garage space .

This house was able to fit my family and friends comfortably as a party of 12. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, with the living room and kitchen on the ground floor. There is a small studio apartment above the garage that worked out well for a portion of our party. There was an issue with the garage door not opening, which I reported immediately and they were able to try and help us resolve the issue, even at 10pm. While they were not able to get this resolved during our weekend stay, this was not enough of an issue to hamper our experience. I would consider staying here again if I needed a big enough house for 10-12 people.

The only issues we had were that we could not get the garage door to open with the code we were given and when we had more than one person take a shower soon behind one another, it set off the fire alarm. We messaged Vacasa about the problem with the garage, but they just gave the same instructions again, so that didn't help. The property is close to Palafax Street, where bars and restaurants are located, so it is very convenient. It is a beautiful property with a very modern feel.

Great stay! Very cute house with everything we needed. Rooms and pull out couches were as described. But just know that one queen room and one bathroom is in a separate building. Everyone in our party commented on how thin the “comforters” were, especially with the lack of cozy blankets in the house. If you are cold natured and like to be bundled at night or when watching a movie, I highly suggest bringing extra blankets! Overall, great stay and we even walked downtown (about 1.2 miles)!

Our stay here was wonderful! I didn’t realize that there was a separate MIL suite attached so once we figured that out and got settled it was a pleasant surprise. The place was immaculate and cute. We had 8 people and were comfortable with a mix of couples and singles on the trip. There were lots of places to eat and go a short drive away. The owners called and checked on us which was nice. It is in an up and coming neighborhood but I never felt unsafe. Although I wouldn’t walk unless you had a big group-but the drives were super short. It has all the amenities of home and would be great for a longer stay as well as a short weekend away. This was well worth the money and exactly as described!
