The apartment is in a very good location, really central to all the different areas of Paris. The space is comfortable and worked for us perfectly and from that point of view it was really good. The only slightly disappointing part is the amount of noise that came from the street outside. Its fairly busy road and being on the ground floor you hear everything. Also at the time, the space next door is being renovated and so there was large amount of construction starting in the early hours. But of course, that is a temporary issue. Also though there is reflective screening on the doors and windows, at night its easy to see inside the apartment because its brighter than the outside which meant needing all the curtians closed to stop people peering in so didnt make it feel very prviate. We did enjoy the stay, just think that those issues of privacy can be fixed and be more clear to the constant traffic noise right outside for others booking.

Terrific location. Ground floor. Four of us stayed comfortably. Kitchen not big enough to cook but so many great cafes within walking distance. Bring your own nepresso cups if you plan on drinking more than a few. Overall very happy with our choice to stay here vs someplace closer to the Eiffel Tower.

Le logement étant en dessous du niveau de la rue, il est relativement sombre. Le film plastique posé sur les fenêtres pour les rendre opaques de l'extérieur nous prive de la lumière du jour. L'évier de la salle de bain était bouché. Et il n'y avait pas dans la cuisine les condiments annoncés sur le site.

Appartement situé en plein cœur de Paris, à quelques pas du Louvre et de Notre Dame. Très fonctionnel. Très agréable pour une petite famille.
