As the pictures indicate, this house is incredible. We hosted a weeklong stay for twenty of our family members across three generations. The best part of the home is how easily it accommodated so many people via its indoor and outdoor living accommodations. We never felt crowded. The pool and oversized hot tub as well as the outdoor grill and patio were heavily utilized by our guests, as was the 16-seat dining table upstairs. Kelly and the echelon team were highly responsive and very enjoyable to work with throughout our interactions with them. During our stay, a pool heating element malfunctioned requiring another part. Shortly after letting them know, the maintenance team was on site diagnosing the issue. An Echelon pool tech scoured the Destin area for the part and being unable to find one, utilized a part from another home in their portfolio until a replacement could be shipped in. We were back in service within hours - amazing service that went above and beyond!
