This bright and clean, new townhome includes two primary bedrooms, ample living space, a fenced in outdoor area, two car garage and everything you need to enjoy your stay in the picturesque Hidden Springs area. The end unit is perfectly located in the community just steps away from the Rib Shack, a seasonal community pool, pickle ball courts, gym, and park. Enjoy the trails, views, and wonderful people while staying here in Boise. You walk in to a bright and open living space with high ceilings, a cozy fireplace and a half bath downstairs. The large pantry is equipped with a coffee bar and essentials and sliding door provides access to the fenced in, outside area. Upstairs, you will find two primary bedrooms, both with queen beds, smart TVs, walk in closets and stackable laundry in the closet between them. Two foldable twin size floor beds and linens are located in the closet near garage.

A lovely contemporary, immaculate town home in great neighborhood. We enjoyed being close to family and having such a comfortable home to enjoy. We were sad to leave and hope to rent there again. We especially enjoyed the decor and convenience of this home and felt fortunate to be there.

Located about a ten minute drive into the foothills, the Hidden Springs/ Cartwright Ranch community is a special place. Surrounded by trails for hiking and mountain biking, you're sure to see some incredible views, possible wildlife and breathtaking sunsets. On the Hidden Springs side, there is Rooted Coffee, Springhouse Restaurant, and Buzz Bar smoothies and bowls and the Merc convenience store and wine bar. On the Cartwright Ranch side, and located directly across from this unit is Rib Shack BBQ & Pizza, vet office, community pool, gym, bocce and pickle ball courts and a park!
Parking available in both the garage and driveway. There are hooks for bikes inside the garage and this is an active walking and biking community with many places to explore.

This community is near and dear to me as I raise my kids in it as well. I do not own this home, but sold it to my father in law and manage it for him while he's away. I have a love of all things home and making guests feel at home. I love to hear what people travel to this special place for and how I can make it a great experience.
