Several minute drive to Yorkdale shopping centre and main highways. Open concept living room, kitchen and dinning room with a separate seating area to have your coffee or wine. Fully equipped kitchen with posts/pends, cooking utensils, coffee/tea, spices and condiments. Large 85" screen smart TV in the living room for your cozy movie nights. 4 bedrooms, each with closet space, work desk and chair. Master bedroom also has a cozy seating area with a TV and a master bathroom and shower. Backyard gives you access to a playground, BBQ, swing, couches with fire pit and a table with chairs. For our little guests, the house has a playpen, high chair and a baby monitor. Note that there are no gates on the staircase. Otherwise let us know if you would need something specific for kids to make your stay more enjoyable. There are 2 parking spots available on the driveway and street parking is free. We are a family neighbourhood and we do have basement tenants so there are absolutely no parties allowed and no loud noise past 11pm.
