Joel, what can I say exceptional in everyway, from walking in his lovely home to leaving it; his focus was on the individual excellence to his customers. The room with balcony overlooking the beautiful Aosta town, warm, cosy & the beds perfect, this place truly is a gem & to top it off the breakfast was fantastic. I will definitely stay here again & it out does local hotels by far, moreso for Joel's enthusiasm about the local area & places to visit for history or simply a bite to eat..
