Mother's Day weekend gathering: Andrea's beautiful home was not only welcoming and adequately equipped, but also clean and quiet. The private beach and yard is very spacious, with beautiful foliage and flowers. The layout of the home allowed for multiple guests and is designed in a way that offers privacy in different sections of the house, if desired. The inside furniture, bedding, and linens were clean and comfy. The spacious kitchen, outside decks, grill, and jacuzzi really catered to the type of family function I desired to have as well. Andrea is also very responsive to her guests' inquiries and needs. I really could go on about how awesome this property is; it was definitely was a great choice!

Everything cooperated but the weather which is nobody’s fault. Probably even more beautiful when it is not raining for an entire weekend

Worst Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. Check in was horrible, show up maybe 20 minutes after the earliest check in time and messaged host cause there were no check in instructions (or check out) and had to stand outside for at least a half hour waiting for a response for a door code. Once we walked in we found the place was disgusting, dirty sheets, and place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. There was literally used dog urine pad on the floor in one of the bedrooms. Hosts sends cleaners down around 5pm and they told us it takes 8 hours to clean the house and then cleaned for like 3 hours. No propane for the grill, which was the one thing I asked prior to showing up. The property could be so nice but clearly no one takes care of it. The garage is cool but hope you like crickets, spiders and roaches. The view out back is great but hope you bring bug spray as the lawn is unmaintained and overgrown. Don’t stay here. Had to fight to get just to get a tiniest refund.
