Enjoy the sunset from the enclosed or outside terraces while you enjoy your Uruguayan BBQ! A modern kitchen and multiple living rooms make it perfect inside or out. An enormous green garden with lots of open space surrounds the house, allowing you to soak in the peaceful ambience while lounging on the patio. Tall hedges ensure your privacy while watching the river or the sun setting over the sea. Inside you'll find a well equipped kitchen with all the amenities of a loving home, multiple living spaces, four bedrooms with amazing mattresses and locally handcrafted beds. Air conditioning and heating will keep you comfortable in any season, and remote controlled black-out window blinds give you ultimate control! Each bedroom has a custom made mosquito net providing you with protection without sacrificing comfort. The cool riverside shower allows you to rinse off when you get back from the beach or river, and our home has a hot water shower and a guest toilet around the outside of the house, for when you come back from the beach, or are just enjoying a BBQ on the patio. Eat breakfast on the patio overlooking the river, and then enjoy a BBQ there in the afternoon as you watch the amazing sunset! The shaded carport fits up to three cars.
