Our 3 car garage and ample yard space makes this a great place for large families, and groups of all ages! Host reserves the right to charge a $2,000 penalty fee, if this rule is broken. Additional guests (beyond the number permitted) will be charged a penalty fee of $100 per guest, per night. --Additional cleaning fees will be charged if any additional cleaning time is required in order to get the property back to its original standard.
