Inside, the interior is a cozy haven with a wood fireplace which stands as the heart of the cabin, while large windows frame picturesque views of the surrounding wilderness and partial lake views. Retire to one of 4 queen beds (bunk style) with plush mattresses, promising a restful night’s sleep. The kitchenette, though compact, is well-appointed with basic cooking necessities. However, the chef will enjoy fresh, open air cooking in the outdoor covered BBQ area. Savour their creations in the comfort of the screened, wooden gazebo equipped with picnic table and dish washing facilities. The outhouse stands as a comfortable and practical structure. Located behind the cabin, it offers a private and convenient solution for nature's call, blending seamlessly into its natural surroundings. An outdoor sink/running water addresses sanitary needs. Finish your day roasting marshmallows around the fire pit, or cozy up and enjoy a great book nestled on the comfy patio set on the porch. The large porch offers a wonderful space to relax, enjoy nature, or perhaps practice mindfulness/meditation through your yoga practice (mats available). The lake itself is a playground for water enthusiasts, offering fishing, kayaking, and swimming in its crystal-clear waters. Choose from several games to play on the beach, or relax in an Adirondack chair on the large, shared dock. A canoe, kayaks and a SUP are available for your use. We ask that you bring your own life jackets to ensure a proper fit for safety reasons. As you head down the hilltop from the cabin, you will cross a small lane way, past the family cottage where you will find the Sauna. Melt your tension away in the wood-fired sauna as the air is diffused with the scent of cedar and rejuvenation begins. Cool off in the shower facility or experience an invigorating jump in the lake.
