Bring the whole family to this great place full of comfort and fun! House has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an indoor pool house, brand new hot tub so you can swim all year long! Pickleball court and volleyball on the huge grass yard! I In addition to regular home amenities, there is a ping pong table, foosball table, board games, and two living rooms! The home is close to shopping, grocery stores, and entertainment! 45 minutes to Ski Resorts! 20 minutes Downtown, Airport, USANA, Maverick Center! Additional information: The backyard has a full sized volleyball net set up on the grass and pickle ball court net on the concrete but only spring time through the summer and into the fall.

This home is tucked onto a small cul de sac away from the main roads in a quaint little neighborhood in West Jordan. Big Rods, Taco Time. and, Papa Murphys! A slightly longer walk will also get you to Reams grocery store and Betos.
Within a quick drive's distance you can enjoy many more places:
5 minutes to Costco, Walmart, Smiths and Wendy's
10 minutes to the Freeway and Target
20minutes to Salt Lake City International Airport or Downtown Salt Lake City,
45-60minutes to ski resorts depending which one
Also close enough to visit movie theaters, lots more restaurants, Loveland Planet Aquarium, Thanksgiving Point attractions (Dinosaur Museum, Children's Museum, Gardens, etc.)
There will also be a list of our favorite places to visit left in the home.
