La signora Rosalba molto disponibile e gentilissima nel fornirci ciò che avevamo richiesto in aggiunta. La casa si presenta come in foto, peccato per l assenza di armadi e poggia valigie.Zona tranquilla e residenziale, se non fosse per L'ALTRA COINQUILINA CHE ABITA AL PIANO SOTTOSTANTE (SEMINTERRATO) piantagrane ,maleducata e invadente della privacy altrui che ha trasformato il nostro soggiorno di relax, in uno pieno di stress e grattacapi non produttivi. 3 condizionatori: 1 funzionante, 1 gocciolante che disturbava la signora sottostante, 1 rotto. giardino molto ampio e ricco di vegetazione tuttavia vi era la presenza di un topo. il Rapporto qualità/prezzo, a causa del disagio causato coinquilina, è ritenuto inadeguato.

The house is set in a safe location but the grounds of the property were very overgrown. The house is very but there are no closets or hooks to hang anything especially your towels. The beds and bedding were very hard and not comfortable. There is a small washer and plenty of lines to hang dry, wifi and a Smart TV, roof top with hammock. The stairs were ok for our family but if you have young children or elderly they are a bit dangerous. The parking listed is very narrow and difficult to get in so we parked only once because it was too much work. Street parking got difficult at the end of our stay. There is a small beach and a nice coffee shop you can walk to. Overall we had a nice stay but we got surprised with extra charges which are dealing with Airbnb. During our stay the care taker asked several times to enter because she had to get something and each time we were not there. We enjoyed the place but would not reserve again because of the rudeness of the caretaker and the owner.

If you need to be in the Palermo area, or if you have a flight coming up and need a place to stay for a few days, look no further, we were extremely happy with this house. 3 levels, we were there in the middle of the " heat wave " so all windows had shutters so we could keep the sun out and keep the place cool. I t has everything you need, kitchen, laundry, wifi, tv and if there a few of you, there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms ( that's luxury my friends :-) very short walk, and you are at the local swimming spot, just past the Gelato place, and in the evening, the restaurant on the corner, the food and service was fantastic, so no need to go into busy dirty Palermo, this place is so much better and peacefull. if the opportunity arises, we will back :-)

Rezervovali sme si dom na poslednú chvíľu, hostiteľ nám odpísal veľmi rýchlo. Je to malá dedinka kde nepremáva autobus a na vlakovu stanicu to je dosť ďaleko. Bez auta je to tam takmer nemožné. My sme mali šťastie na milých ľudí, ktorí nás odviezli na vlakovú stanicu. Dom je veľmi pekný a pohodlný. Pani Valéria, ktorá nás ubytovala bola veľmi milá a ústretová a nápomocná. Nie je čo vytknúť ale prenajmite si auto ak tam pojdete.
