Everything from checking in till checking out was all smooth. Mr Ooi's assistant was ever ready to assist . it would be better if the other toilet upstairs (which was originally to be shared between the two rooms next to each other )- was partitioned off, leaving one half toilet with a water heater and no toilet bowl while the other half has both. Overall, nice . It is a townhouse and on an upper floor, so not so convenient for older people and people on wheelchair.

There is a bathroom is without basin and another one is without toilet bowl, is a bit not convenient if you are a person who wakes up and use the toilet often at night. Also there will be a lot of staircase to climb if you don't mind since it is a townhouse, if you are travel with old people who have legs problem then it is not convenient for them. Overall is good, very clean place to stay, the owner is very friendly and responsive.
