The completely new kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, a 5 burner stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with water and ice, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, serving dishes, as well as everything you would need for a dinner party for 12. The bathroom is completely new, with a full size tub, marble countertops, and everything you will need to get yourself gorgeous in the morning; a hairdryer, curling iron, toiletries, bath towels, beach towels, and extras. There is an office area with a desk. The dining room has a full dining table, 8 chairs, and 2 additional bar stools. The coup de gras is the living room with a full lake view; as gorgeous on a warm sunny day as it is on a cold snowy night. There are gorgeous French porcelain tiles throughout, beach glass tiles, and every detail is accounted for. There is a new HE washer and gas dryer. The house has an HD Smart TV in the living room with apple TV and internet cable. Each bedroom features an HDTV and the master has apple TV. There is free Wifi throughout the smart house with electronic locks, thermostat, and lighting. There is heat in the winter and air in the summer. There is a beautiful outside deck overlooking the lake and a sandy area for kids to play.
