I do not like to give bad reviews, but I am not happy. So many things about this rental were not acceptable. Starting with the fact that it is located on a dirt path with huge potholes. It has 2 sets of stairs just to get to it, not disclosed in the listing. This would be a huge problem for people with mobility issues. There were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, an empty pizza box on top of the fridge. The bathroom had no cover on the fan, the shower rod was held up with a package of tooth floss, there were no toilet paper roll holders, the shower leaked when you tried to run a bath, the baseboards were dirty, and there were 4 unmatched threadbare towels in the entire rental to use. In the kitchen, there was 1 dishcloth and 1 dish towel. Every time we turned on the oven it triggered the smoke alarm. We were promised a bbq that never arrived. There was no hair dryer, and I told the host, he never even bothered to reply. None of the bedrooms have closets to hang clothes.

The location was good, but the place was not clean ,specially the bed sheets and the towels and inside the bathroom

This was the second time staying in the unit. It had everything that we needed. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

Place was very clean and tidy. There are other units in the building being renovated so there is some noise. Over all it was the perfect place for our stay for a hockey tournament. (about 3 min drive to the arena) very close to the downtown shops that are very nice. Will book again with Derron in the future.
