Relax and unwind in this newly renovated, modern and spacious guest suite within a wing of our home. Ideally located to provide an excellent base from which to explore Hampshire, Wiltshire & Dorset. Sleeps 5 as follows - A double bed in the bedroom A double sofa bed in the lounge/kitchen/diner A single sofa bed in the office The side door to the guest suite opens into the entrance hall. This contains the door to the bathroom and a corridor leading to the other three rooms. The bathroom has a large shower, sink, toilet and heated towel. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe , chest of drawers and small TV. There is ample space for a travel cot (which can be provided on request) The study has a desk, chair, single sofa bed and small book case. The lounge/diner has a double sofa bed, TV, dining table and chairs and fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. The property has hard flooring throughout There is an interconnecting door to our property from the entrance hall. This is kept locked. Parking for one car is provided outside the entrance door. There is no outdoor space or garden.

Claire was very attentive and thoughtful while our stay at her place. She also shared with us local recommendations that were kid friendly which we really appreciated. Location is great if you are visiting Stonehenge + surrounding areas (Salisbury, Bath, Portsmouth).
We came originally to meet you with friends at an event that was held in Andover, but felt we’d take the opportunity to spend the days site seeing and fell into quiet a few little gems. Charlton lakes Coldridge woods Windmill Hill and Rooksbury Nature Reserve all great for kids and for the dog we really enjoyed ourselves as we love the great outdoors and the views are amazing. Claire’s a great host and very responsive and made our stay very comfortable. The annexe was very clean and has all the creature comforts you’d expect. Much larger than the pictures show. Comfy beds for a great nights sleep. Very peaceful area. Shops are a short distance away Tescos coop around 10 minute drive away. We’re planning to go back soon and would recommend. Thanks Claire

There are several pubs a short drive away. Hilliers garden centre is only a 10 minute walk away and includes The Mulberry & Thyme Restaurant, Rosebourne Food Hall and a Gift and Homeware section.
The market town of Andover is 3 miles away and offers a range of shopping and Leisure facilities.
The A303 is less than 5 minutes away and provides excellent road access to London and the West Country.
