First of all, I would like to say that Jiao's & Mandy'splace is simply amazing! Very clean and private. Mendy is a great host. very proactive with clear communication and is always responsive within minutes. She's very accommodating, and she's super helpful, offering her assistance if needed with her contact information. I hope to stay with her more often in the future. The house has been divided into a number of Air bnb's so there are people coming and going a lot. This is a basement unit as described, so long as you don't mind just one very small window looking out to a wall and allowing a tiny amount of light the room is OK. It is a basic unit, but sufficient if you are travelling on a budget. Some of the amenities need updating as they no longer apply. - Safe, iron, free washing machine and dryer.
